Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, just two blocks from a huge modern mall and a short distance from all main transport connections at Anděl. The rooms were not perfect with no ceiling light in the main room, some dust spots, and separated bathroom and toilet areas. The service included options for airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience offered a typical European breakfast but could be improved, especially in the sweet section. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The hotel itself was amazing, with a clean and very nice environment. However, there were plenty of spots with dust around the room. The breakfast variety was reasonable, but it could use some improvement. The location was top-notch, close to many attractions and public transport options. The service was good overall, but there were some missed details.
The hotel is cozy and comfortable, but being in the basement without an elevator may not be suitable for individuals with physical disabilities. The rooms were well-appointed but small, making it challenging for tasks like applying makeup. The location is excellent, close to the Angel shopping center and nice restaurants, though some rooms faced smelly beds. The dining options were varied, with good quality cold meats and cheese, but breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, the hotel provides a friendly staff and a great location for exploring Prague.
